Our Newest Affordable Housing Project SALAL APARTMENTS

Anticipated Occupancy February 2024

Sanford Affordable Housing Society (SAHS) is pleased to be developing 90 units of non-market housing on Orwell Street in the District of North Vancouver (DNV). With land from the DNV and project funding through BC Housing’s Community Housing Fund, the Orwell Street project will provide much-needed non-market housing for singles, seniors and families.

Together with our partner, Hollyburn Family Services Society, we are working with a great team including the office of mcfarlane biggar (architects), VanMar Constructors and Terra Housing Consultants to bring this project to life.

Please check back here for updates on Salal Apartments. The application process will begin August/September 2023.  Eligibility criteria and an application will be linked here closer to construction completion.
